Invoice sky high.. No money

Being desperate I wrote to Hello Peter on Sunday after my premature cancellation was not processed since 11 April 2018.Monday I spoke to a gentleman which phoned me from Vodacom.. Full of apologies and promise he will send me proof that my account will be sorted and he will send me proof.. Instead I received a sms today my account will be deducted for R1044 more that my usual account.. Instead of paying less the account is more.. 11h39 I phoned customer service immediately after receiving the sms and spike to Zotho after explaining to her my situation she keeps on telling me I am paying for 3 numbers on my account the more I try to explain to her the one number should be a cancellation done in April 2018.. She hammering on the 3 numbers.. Being annoyed that I don't get any where with Vodacom I ask her to email me the invoice she has in front of her and asked her to read out the email address and make sure she has got the correct one, confirmed it's the right 1..until now I did not received any invoice per emailed that she said she will send to me.. What's wrong with Vodacom really that's not the service the promise over and over.. I don't have that balance which they want to debit I am unemployed!
