Invoice Format - Vodacom.Store Fourways (Repairs)
<p>Mickey Mouse Invoice Format .</p> <p>The invoice looks like something I would get from Checkers, Fruit and Veg.</p> <p>in fact even theirs are better.</p> <p>in fact talking about Fruit and Veg, let's compare apples with apples.</p> <p>If I buy R25.00 Airtime from Cell C, I get a professional looking Invoice.</p> <p>if I buy a Apple Iphone costing 15k plus from. Vodacom, I get a till slip that gets questioned by Apple when I need assistance from them.</p> <p>See attached.</p> <p> </p> <p>Want to know more ... contact me.</p> <p>This is not the first time I have had an issue with this store and not the first time I have logged it with Vodacom...</p>

Got a call from Vodacom.
i don't think that Vodacom understand what the complaint is or if they are going to do anything about correcting the invoice Format from this particular Store.
Making the excuse that the store is a Franchise is not acceptable. I doubt if the Marketing /Branding department would accept such reasoning.
Besides why do other Vodacom outlets that I have dealt with have Tax Invoices with proper Address details rather than the details of the. software developer (UCS).
