Invoice Amounts

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an email on 10/04/2017 where the Invoice showed R0 due for the Month of April (Invoice Date is 01/04/2017)</p> <p>· I called Vodacom during that week to confirm all is up to date, to which the operator confirmed it is up to date and that is why the amount shows a value of R0.</p> <p> </p> <p> Then I received an email on 12/05/2017, and again the Invoice showed R0 for April due (Invoice Date 07/04/2017)</p> <p>· Also included in this email is the invoice for the amount of R1524.15 (invoice date 01/05/2017). Now all of the sudden it shows I owe for the month of April. The amount is this high because I am being charged for April & May. </p> <p>· So please explain why magically the April due payment all of a sudden appears and now says I owe for April??</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely annoyed with this, as I did not Budget for 2 Months Payments in one Month!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Why did YOUR operator tell me that I do not owe anything for April??</p> <p> </p> <p>And WHY do I have to sit here and type this complaint?? I refuse to pay the double amount. I will ONLY pay May as I was informed on a recorded line that I owe nothing for April and the account is up-to-date. Get those recordings before you even bother call me back.</p>
