Intolerable service from Vodacom Repair Centre

I sent my handset in in July to the Vodacom repair centre- the phone's battery and motherbaord was replaced. I have since had to send the phone back twice with the same problem. the phone is currently with the repair centre and still being assessed.

I am not sure why it takes over a month to fix a phone and I am not happy with having to use a phone that has been taken apart 3 times and still cannot be fixed.

I will be travelling next week and urgently need a phone.

I would appreciate a new phone or the funds back to purchase a new phone by Tuesday 30th as I will be abroad from Wednesday.

Hi , I have to date not received a phone despite receiving an email on 30 Aug as per below advising that I am liable for a replacement unit. spoke to Carlo on Friday from the Cresta Branch who advised that I need to pay in a difference of R1000.
I was initially advised the phone would be ready by Thursday last week and refer to below mail.
Please confirm when I can collect this phone and confirm that no additional money will be paid.

Good day,
According to our systems the OBF has been approved and you are legible for a replacement unit. Kindly visit the Vodacom store where you booked the device in and use ref numbers

I have called Cresta branch yesterday and kept on hold for over 15 minutes.
I have just called again and kept on hold- no one even has the courtesy to take my call.
