******* into Vodacom contract [hone by Vodacom Cape Gate

I did not get the deal I was promised. On my business account my personal assistant organized the upgrade of one of our business contracts. Beforehand we sent an e-mail detailing exactly the deal I was looking for. I have the full e-mail trail. She was dealing with Teresa Booysen at Vodacom Cape Gate. I requested an Samsung 34A with Samsung ear buds for R 1 549 which is still available today. The deal was concluded and Teresa instructed her to order the earbuds online. Subsequently the Samsung website indicated it does not provide the buds anymore. However the Vodacom Business Samsung deal is still available. My assistant visited the shop again and Teresa is now just saying sorry there is nothing she can do. Her solving of the situation is for us to add the earbuds for an extra R 112 p/m. This was not the deal we were promised. If Theresa was upfront we would never have accepted the deal without the buds. I am now stuck in a two year deal I do not want / alternatively I want the buds. In my personal capacity I have been a Vodacom client for more that 20 years. My business is a Vodacom client for the last 8 years. If this is not solved I will pay the contract because I honor my commitments, however I will move every single contract away from Vodacom asap. This is unacceptable. From my side I did everything to ensure I get the correct contract. Theresa ******* me into a contract I do not want and now I am stuck with the contract and it is my loss. Completely unacceptable.

This response is not acceptable. Your information is incorrect. Please provide me with the email communication and records that prove your findings.

The good news is my current Vodacom contract is about to expire. Time to move on from your absolute unacceptable manner in treating a client of more than 20 years.

In your reply you mention that you conducted an investigation and concluded that we accepted the agreement. Please provide me with the evidence for your conclusion? You investigation did not include contacting me. Do you perhaps think that it is a good idea to contact the client during your investigation? Or is the client merely a recipient of your poorly advised decision. I am still awaiting your feedback and proof.
