Intimidating
I wrote a review about vodacom and my bad experiences and it was investigated because the problem was over a month in the making. It was eventually traced back to one consultant and that consultant phoned me directly to actually Tell me a piece of their mind and actually intimidated me a bit so I did not know what to say so I just went along with what they said actually happened.
