internet parental content control again!

After experiencing Vodacom restricting both mine and my fathers internet access, we went into a branch to have it removed as it apparently can't be done over the phone. The parental control was off for about a week and then somehow turned on again. Out of sheer frustration and a lack of motivation to have to deal with the shocking staff at their Eastgate branch again, we have been putting up with it for a couple months but it's just too much now! You cannot access any online store! Strangely enough they block all of their competitors websites too. I don't want to have to change service providers to solve such a simple problem. My father and I just don't want to have to put up with a clearly flawed system that we didn't want in the first place. We want it turned off permanently as we are both over the age of 18.
