Internet Data Bundle doesn't last

since i have bought the LTE router at vodacom, i started to experience the worst nightmare ever.<br> the first time i loaded 10gb data it lasted for 11 days, then a month later the nightmare started, even after i have changed the LTE router settings to a lower speed. The best part is when you load 1gb data and you only have 2 people working on the LTE, then vodacom states they are not liable for data gone missing. how in the world does 1 gb data just fanish within 2 hours? you logg calls and they NEVER CALL you back as they said. so the Question is where does my data go???? you pay R4325.00 for data and that for a month... So what does Vodacom do to resolve this matter??? the same happened with 10gb loaded yesterday, it lasted 2 days...They play the blame game with the custoomer and stated they are not liable... Wake up Vodacom and give proper answers to your customers who uses LTE routers and not we will escuelate your problem to our backoffice...
