On the 26 of September 2016 I bought a 100Mb data bundle only to find out it has "expired" by the end of the month. On the first of October 2016 I bought another 100Mb data bundle and found this morning (3 October 2016) that it also "expired". This is meant for private use and I was not even surfing. Is this the treatment a loyal Vodacom client deserves?

Vodacom has recharged my account with the "lost" or "missing" data without explaining why this happened. I can only advise all users od data to contact your service provider if data is lost. Vodacom did the right thing. Thanks Luigi.
