International sms issues after Sim Swap
Hi, I have been unable to activate my vodacom number on iMessage since sim swap. I have been to vodacom store and was told to go to iStore. I went to iStore and I was told that it is possible that when I did a sim swap, some hidden Vodacom services may not have been activated, which may be affecting my ability to do send and receive International SMS. How can my Sim Card settings be checked to see that everything is working since I did Sim Swap? Because before sim swap, iMessage/FaceTime was working.

20 Jan 2020, 14:48Hi Vodacom, following your chat you performed networked synchronization on my sim card. This did not resolve the iPhone activation. Then you said I should do a sim swap. This also did not resolve the iMessage activation issue.
Not only has my iMesseage failed to activate. I have been charged multiple times for the iMessage activation international sms. Please have a look at my monthly billing for January, specifically how many times I have been charged for the iMessage activation. The sms to +*** is still not going through!
I would like this iMessage issue resolved and I would like to be refunded for all the the R1.74 smses sent to +***
