International Roaming Madness

<p>We are presently in the USA. Before departure I went to the Vodacom outlet in Woodlands Pretoria (opposite Game), to enable International Roaming (voice and data). The assistant went on the Vodacom System and did some actions and then assured me that I my phone is now enabled for International Roaming.</p> <p>Great was my disappointment that I was not enabled. Having a contact of mine visiting the same Vodaphone outlet to correct the matter, she was told that the International Roaming can be activated on-line via Internet. But without any means of calling 082111 or sending an SMS to 31050, I am now in check-mate.</p> <p>Vodacom has again failed me.</p>
