International roaming is terrible! Customer support it worse!

Very difficult to get assistance when abroad. I have paid for international roaming but the service does not work. it is impossible to get help via the digital channels. Both the robot chat and the service agents ask you to call in - but how are you supposed to call when you have no cell service? Ridiculous! Cannot wait to end my relationship with Vodacom.
