International roaming
I called last week the call centre to arrange international roaming for my vodacom number. Today I am in italy and my phone have no service. I've called from another phone your call centre and they told me int roaming is not activated. I am in italy for the next 2 weeks without a working phone. Regards to your staff not doing their work with due care. Please do not contact me on my phone number. It is not working.
