International OTP SMS's not coming through on Vodacom

I've been having trouble with OTP SMS's from international companies like PayPal and Telegram etc.

I called Vodacom when I had this issue with PayPal, and I had to eventually go through a complicated process with PayPal directly to disable SMS OTP because Vodacom insists the issue is not with them.

This week my issue is logging in to Telegram. same story, called Vodacom, and they insist the issue is not with them. I decided to try my Telkom cell number, and I got the OTP within milliseconds. It is ridiculous that I have to struggle like this with Vodacom, you guys are *****ing around and wasting my time, at this point I feel like my next upgrade will be Telkom and I will port out my number that I've had with them for +- 20 years.

You have really gone down in customer support guys, I'm pretty disappointed.
