International data roaming bundles from Vodacom does not work

Travelling in the UK now. I visited a Vodacom shop in SA before I left and got instructions on how to buy an international travel data bundle. I followed all the steps, and even got a message when landing in the UK to say that my international travel data bundle is activated, my roamon is ON. HOWEVER, the travel data bundle is not working. I have been unsuccessful in trying to contact Vodacom. I feel ********** and messed around by Vodacom. I bought a 5GB package, and then a 1 GB package while overseas to see if that would work. WASTE of money spending so much on something that doesn't work. Similar to the above review, I needed the travel bundle for google maps and am now seriously inconvenienced as I need to drive a long distance.
