international contact impossible

<p>I can't contact my 89 year old mother via sms. She is in the UK and can only send sms. My father is gravely ill and am cut off from communications. I really need this fixed asap but after visiting the vodacom shop 4 times already nothing has been done. The staff just gives me a blank stare and tells me sorry they cant help me. Neither could the Tech team at the call centre. Very disappointing. I need answers fast. </p>
