Intermittent connection

I wrote a review a week ago about how vodacom fibre is intermittent. It stills cuts out while I’m playing video games online. I was told that “maintenance” is being done but it’s getting frustrating now. From reading the other reviews on here I see that other people are experiencing the same problem. So to the Vodacom employee reading this; DO NOT phone me, DO NOT email me just fix the damn problem.
