INTENTION TO SUE VODACOM FOR LIBEL AND DAMAGES

I have been trying to resolve my matter for two months. My cost is exponential. I have spent all day today emailing and phoning Head Office. I am going to hand this matter over and go to the press if it is not resolved before close of business today. I want a letter of apology, a statement that I am not a defaulter, and for your legal department to remove me from the credit blacklist that was their error, not a default. I would welcome correspondence with people who have had this issue and may be interested in a class action suit.

Reviewer Update
I would like to know what progress is being made please. I have again run out of talk time and am now unable to phone anybody. I have used up so much talk time on the phone to your CEO office. I refuse to spend another cent at Vodacom. Is it possible to change my phone to a pay as you go service now, instead of 30th? I wish to port to another provider so that I have means of communication. Considering that I am on the phone to creditors as a result of Vodacom’s libelous actions, I would hope you can make a plan. This morning I paid what I hope is my final installment to your company. The damages incurred by this mess are exponential as I have already stated.
