insurances refuses to pay but continues to debit

i have a contract cell phone insured with Vodacom since May 2014. On the 7th of April, the cellphone was ****** from my vehicle, inside the bag which was inside the boot.my car remote was jammed. when i contacted Vodacom insurance for a claim they said they do not cover remote jamming, i cancelled my insurance with them immediately, yet this morning i get a notification for a debit from them. <br> I was a victim of a crime and yet my cell phone insurance could not pay out after i had, as though that was not enough they are continuing to debit me.
