Insurance Vodacom *****ing Again
Dear Vodacom.............
What are you busy doing???? Like my previous review regarding insurance you are busy *****ING from you customers!!!!!!
My phone was ******, and I did request from the *********** people from Vodacom Kolonade to assist me in getting a new phone and to update my insurance. Before I left the shop they said everything is sorted and yet again nothing is done. It's almost 2 weeks later and my phone insurance is still not updated. *** ***
Vodacom is USELESS, start getting the work done and fast!!!
