Insurance Repair - Lost Phones

Hi<br> <br> I took my two phones to the Brigh****er Commons branch of Vodacom to get them fixed. The one was insured through Vodacom and the other not - it has been almost 5 months and after being bounced around between managers and escalations i still have got no news on either of my phones - no one seems to know where they are and i am beyond frustrated with the way i am being messed around. I want to speak to somebody who can find where my phones are so that i can collect them and make my own plan to get them fixed since Vodacom is not capable of fixing them. Please regard this as urgent as i have been without a working phone for too long now and i feel this is absolutely ridiculous.
