Insurance reinstated without permission.

Wow. Anybody that has been insured by Vodacom must be VERY careful. I had insurance on two different phones (SIM cards) via Vodacom. Due to pathetic service with a claim I told them to cancel the insurance on BOTH telephones. I got 2 SMS messages informing me that the insurance had been cancelled. Lies, lies, all just lies. I upgraded the one SIM and lo and behold, Vodacom reinstated my insurance on that SIM without me instructing them to. I have arranged for other insurance so why will I reinstate the insurance by Vodacom? I phoned them last night when I found out but they only work from 08:00 to 17:00. I had to phone again this morning. I told them I want my money back in my account today. They have the audacity to tell me that it will be fixed with my next statement/account. This in actual fact borders on theft. The error or whatever you want to call it was made by them not me so why must I wait to get my money back. They are drawing interest on money they took out of my account WITHOUT my permission. Vodacom subscribers, especially those who have had insurance from Vodacom, go check your accounts. Your insurance premiums have more than likely been reinstated.
