Insurance refund

Vodacom Insurance ****** me. They don't want to refund my money i have overpaid on the Insurance. Around January I lost a phone of which it was having an insurance which was covering me up to 30 000 so when I went to claim around March they said they can't allow me to claim the phone I wanted coz the device I was using is small but insurance I have been paying wad covering me up to 30000. Then they said I must claim a device costing up to 12000 only. Then I asked about the money I have been overpaying, they said I will get it back after calculating money supposed to be refunded back it was around March even today I haven't refunded my money when I call Vodacom admin they said I must call insurance department when I call Insurance department they refere me back to Vodacom admin.

Can you please help me sue this People because they don't want to refund my Money and been waiting since March.
