Insurance Premium Deducted but no documents

So when I tried to submit a phone claim, I was told to go into the store and give them a call from there because this lady could not find my documents, she can see I am insured however she cannot see what device is insured, so how is a premium deducted off my account every month but noone knows what device it's for. Especially since it's a device I ordered via vodacom? not sure if someone is going to look for those documents or am I being refunded all my premiums
