Insurance not covering damage

I booked my phone in my phone for a cracked screen early october,it returned not fixed, siting water damage as a reason. I send it back again and it returned again not fixed. The phone has screen insurance. It was advertised as water resistant( SONY Xperia Z5). At the moment everything on the phone works except for the touch screen, i.e. it rings when there's a call, unlocks via fingerprint, volume buttons work, camera button works as it can take photos. Its only the screen that annot touch amymore.
