Insurance false information from Vodacom life be carefully before you put your money in them

We took out a Vodacom life insurance. My husband died and I was promised that everything will be sorted before end of March. Well still nothing is done they say they busy with investigations how long does it take to find out is someone is dead???????? And then they do not contact you back
