Insurance erroneously activated on my account - Vodacom

Vodacom activated an insurance in September 2020 erroneously on the contract that I had with them four four years. on the 25 October 2020 after seeing the different debit amount on my bank statement, I then contacted them. this was the day I was made aware of the error occurred. I spoke to Zuleka Thambe on the 25 Oct, Nomvula on the 26 Oct ( Who put me on hold for more than an hour until I cut the call). same day I called again and spoke to Lindokuhle Mamporoko, who then trasferred me the Manager, Thandelani Siphelani who promised to call me back but never did. from day 1, I have indicated that I need a refund back into my bank account, not a credit on Vodacom account. I then called again on Thursday for a follow up and Vodacom confirmed the amount to be refunded in my bank account, which was not even the correct amount to be refunded. I called again same day, spoke to Thandelani Siphelani ( the manager) and he confirmed that either Lehlogonolo Molongwane or Palesa Dilotsane will call me back to confirm the correct amount. no one ever called me back. I called again on Wednesday, 11 November 2020 and spoke to Mathapelo Moeti & Thandeka Dusi who then mentioned that my Vodacom account would be credited. I then requested to speak to Thandelani Siphelani as I requested for a refund from the beginning of my calls. He then contacted the credit control dept. while I am online and confirmed the banking details as that was the only outstanding issue at that time. To date ( 13 Nov 2020), Vodacom still did not refunded my funds.

i have indicated to Vodacom from day 1, 25 Oct 2020, that the money they deducted is for other debit orders. three more debit orders bounced back because of insufficient funds as Vodacom deducted a way more than agreed. my bank charged me R210.00 for each debit order bounced which makes it R630.00 for 3 bounced. i am so frustrated as I cannot afford to pay those bank charges. Also, all these calls that I mentioned were over an hour for each call, which frustrates even worse.

Vodacom, please pay back my money. I am desperate for it.
