I'm really dissatisfied with the service I received from Vodacom I called in one if their cancelation department to cancel my contract little did I know that my cellphone insurance policy is canceled too instead of Being converted to prepaid insurance policy. I'm not happy with the agent that assisted me with canceling my contract.
