insurance declined and all I want is a simple call recording

<p>i have no idea where the begin with this damn company and some of its staff. I'VE SPENT 2HOURS ON THE LINE WITH THEM BEING DIRECTED TO ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER AND OF CAUSE THEIR DIFFERENT STORIES. was under the impression that all their conultants should know and have the same business ethics especially in the same department!!!!</p> <p>I took out a phone with them over the phone, and was asked if i wanted insurance on my upgraded device which is an apple 6s. which I requested that I needed it, the consultant then assured me that she would get on it asap.</p> <p>I got ****** at Gun point on the 23rd October, reported it ****** to my surprise only to fined that My insurance wasnt updated nor was my device insured for what its worth is...</p> <p>my claim got declined due to only being covered by R1000 for an APPLE 6S!!!!!!!!!!!<br />if thats not stupid I dont know what is, now that I request a recording stating that I need it for insurance they give me a run around, telling me that terms and conditions are always discussed and the consultant probably told me about it, I then asked them to prove it and send me the damn recording, I HAVE NO PATIENCE FOR THIS ANYMORE...</p> <p>THEY ARE SO QUICK TO DEBIT AND CLOSE OR LOCK LINES, BUT YET A SIMPLE REQUEST CAN TAKE OVER MONTHS TO BE DEALT WITH...<br />Im honestly miserable and frustrated by this, I dont think il be paying for a device and VODACOM AND THE CONSULANT THAT ASSISTED ME SHOULD BE LIABLE!!!!!</p> <p>I WANT A RESPONSE ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
