INSURANCE DECLINE MY APPLICATION FOR OTHER DEVICE

i lost my phone went to police station and phoned vodacom insurance, they took all my details, only to find out they are telling me that they will not give me a new phone i have insurance, just because i did not use my sin into my device i am nt getting a new phone thats BULL****, why didnt anybody told me this , i swear vodacom keeps on ripping people off , i mean my phone are lost what can i do if i can turn back the hands of time i would not apply or took out insurance on my device because its useless.......I AM ****ED OFF..............................SHAME ON YOU
