Insurance claim rejected!!!

I have had a contract with vodacom for the past 3 years. I even insured my device with them. In those 3 years, I’ve never had made a claim on the insurance. Now that I have lost my phone, I try to claim it from them and my claim was rejected!

Their reason which is totally absurd is because they say i had removed my SIM card from the phone since October 2023, and never put it back. Which is a lie because the very same October they are claiming, was a month that my line was cut off due to none payment from my side. My line only got reactivated in November and I’ve had my Sim card on the phone, even on the day that i lost it, it was still inside the phone! After 3 years of using their network/services claim free, when they are supposed to help us they find just about anything to not assist!

I’m very disappointed with vodacom to say the least!!! Very disappointed!!! And I will not be letting this one go!!!
