Insurance claim incompetence

Good day, <br> <br> I went to a vodashop store in Ladysmith for an insurance claim. Today is a 3rd day without being assisted as the vodashop in bloemfontein can't cancel an order which was created in their store due to the fact that I can't remember the name of the person who assisted me. Even the branch manager is refusing to cancel the order. I find this behavior uncalled for and irresponsible as I can't get a phone now due to this. Cu
