Insurance claim failure and Bad service

<br> To Whom it May Concern<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> We bought a Sony smart phone for my son who is in the SA Navy at 1 off your Branches in George name Lakes cellphones at 17 July 2014.We had to pay a lot off money to Vodacom for so-called Data used and my Son was in Brazil in that time,please read attached documents.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> His phone was then ****** and we had put a claim in,just to find out that there was no insurance paid on the phone but on the contract we sign for insurance.We than had to paid in all the outstanding insurance just to get him another phone.We than ask him if he can used his Simcard,because all of his contacts will than have to change his number even at work.Your Consultant than said he can use the number because it is include in his contract. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> On 16 December 2015 he was knockout from behind,then ****** end up in hospital where he wakes up,we then make a case and filled in a Claim form through Lakes and send it to Vodacom Claims who did not even has the decency to call or send us an email to say they are not going to give us another phone.When we called them a woman with the name Lauren Pretorius talk to us,i never expected to be treated
