Insurance claim approved
It's been 23 days since I submitted my insurance claim with no way forward and no help at all. But today when I called, Nosipho answered and she helped me so much. Now my claim is approved and all I have to do is go get my phone. Thank you so much Nosipho. It's because of people like you that I will recommend Vodacom to others, other than that, I don't think so. Thank you so much, you're a godsend.
