Insurance claim

Hi I called Apple doctor in Bedfordview .they also say they don't fix laptops they refer clients to Voda sure if its Lenovo laptops they refer to Lenovo in Bryanston. I tried calling the store was already closed .. my issue here is that if they fix at Lenovo directly and it's not accredited with Vodacom ..then we still have a problem.. I am really tired of these back and forth

Please give me a solution to this . I have been sending them emails no reply.... They said they will the centers yesterday and give me way forward still nothing .
