Insurance Claim

The company which I worked for closed down and I was laid of work. I phoned the call center and they emailed me a claim form. On the claim form the supporting documents are Document proof of company regarding retrenchment, copy of id and latest statement. On the 5th Jan 2016 I emailed everything to Vodacom. Today the 12th January 2016 I received a call from Vodacom telling me they cannot accept the retrenchment letter because it is not on a company letter head. Your claim form did not specify!!!!! The company closed down!!!<br> I asked the lady from Vodacom who phoned me regarding this to email me what they require so that I can see to get the company and see what I can get, She still did not email me. <br> <br> Vodacom is quick to take money but when it comes to helping customers different story. <br> <br> Vodacom please refund my contract protection premiums taken!!!<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for more than 10 years. If it was not for loyal customers like me Vodacom would be out of business. I cannot understand why Vodacom can not help. <br> <br> If you cannot help me REFUND ME MY CONTRACT PROTECTION PREMUIMS!!!
