insurance charged

I renewed my contract at the end of August, declining the insurance. When the input the data on the system, they captured the insurance as accepted. Since then, I have been charged R197.50 every month. I went to the branch countless time, phone calls and emails, to no avail. Last time I was at the shop, 1st February, I was told that the managed Godfrey, would phone me, they never said when and so far, I am still waiting. 5 x 197.50, I am a pensioner and I really need that money back, but
