Insurance cancelled without clients consent

I bought 2 tablets on contract from Vodacom last year November. I immediately took out insurance for both tablets. I then realised that there's no payment regarding the tablets on my bank statement and the monthly bill doesn't reflect the payment as such. I then called their contract number and the call centre agent told me that the tablets are both insured. I then got the policy document which reflects only 1 tablet ***) insured. I then sent an e-mail requesting for the policy documents of the other tablet ***). I was then told that the insurance lapsed. I immediately called and spoke to Yvonne ***) who told me that the insurance lapsed because of non payment as I went to withdraw the payment of the insurance at the bank. I even asked how can I withdraw such an insurance as it's no longer safe not to insure a phone at this age and time. I further asked if we can reinstate the insurance and the response was that the phone is only insured once and cannot be insured again. kindly assist as I want that phone to be insured. That means someone at Vodacom is not doing their job right.
