Insurance cancellation
Its been 3 months now trying to cancel vodacom insurance. No one answers emails when you call you on hold forever. This is utter nonsense and am being ****** as every month i have to pay for this insurance i no longer need. I just regret ever diing business with vodacom. I know this will be followed by a generic response and nothing will be done to resolve this.
