Insurance

My client has bought a contract mobile phone at Vodacom store in Alberton, wherein he also took an insurance against any damages to the Mobile phone.Furthermore,my client was advised by the vodacom consultant/employee,who explained what the insurance covered. Sometime in December 2019,our client mobile phone was damaged on the screen and the Vodacom refused to fix,stating that our client had only insured the sim-card not the phone,which did not make sense to our client, as he approached us for advice. Please help
