Insufficient Communication

We eventually got fibre lines put in our area. I app**** for fibre a 20in 20out account. It cost me a lot of money in those days. Time went on and without notice that they will upgrading our account they increased the fibre to 100in 100out account at the same price. The next thing they said they were going to increase my installments each month. It wasn't much but still an increase. Now my question is why do they not decrease my installments and keep the 20in 20out line? Also the competitors are starting to offer similar for less. Bye bye Vodacom Fibre.
