Vodacom has a very bad services. I have been trying to insure my laptop for the passed three weeks now, i spoke to so many consultant who advised me that they will email me forms to fill them in and they never did and when you call them there are babies crying at the back and the network also just cuts you. The last person that i spoke to was Thando Makgwale she emailed me the forms and sent them she never rep**** back to me. I have sent her so many emails to ask if she has received my documents and she never respond to my emails till now, the next thing i will be told i cant insure my device because of the time. The services is very poor and bad one cant get assistance when they need. So disappointing i wish i choose a different network.
