Instruction Letter not adhered to - Cancelation of Business Contracts

On the 11th January 2021, we emailed Vodacom Business (***) to cancel all linked contracts besides 1 contract as per instruction letter. There was a typo where 1 cellphone number was captured incorrectly by 1 digit, however, the instruction letter had the Business Account Number (B***) as well as a clear instruction that ALL contracts besides *** must be cancelled with immediate effect.

We received a response from Vodacom the next day with a reference number (EC-168Z-2VNU4J) however the agent only cancelled 1 of 2 contracts. Clearly the account number was not checked, clearly the whole instruction letter was not read because if this was the case she would have picked up the correct number. Now Vodacom wants to bill us for another month, we refuse to take responsibility for this as the agent processing the request was not efficient.

Good Day,
We have received no response or contact from Vodacom as yet? This matter must be resolved ASAP, just this morning the agent emailed to say cancelation has been loaded for 28/02/2021, which means Vodacom is just going to politely bill us for another month!

Ridiculous!! The point of the complaint that the agent assisted inefficiently.
Cannot wait for all contracts to end so that we can move over to a different network.
