Insensitive and Incompitent Company - VODACOM

This is most inconsiderate company i have ever had to deal with. My dad past away in May and i have sent Vodacom the death certifcate and all the other documentation they required. Now every single darn day i get a different person phoning me from Vodacom Collections wanting to speak to my dad - i am fed up and having to live through the trauma each and every time. COMMUNICATE with each other and ****** get your facts together and stop harrasing me.
