ins ACCESS FOR WATER DAMAGE ON A WATERPROOF Phone

I received a SONY Xperia Z3 with my Vodacom Contract. <br> <br> A few weeks ago - for the first time i took an underwater photo. Phone went dead immediately. Took it to Vodacom - went to advanced repair center, feedback is that the phoen has water damage. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A WATERPROOF PHONE. Vodacom now wants me to pay R1500 in insurance access - for water damage claim - in order to get a new handset. <br> This is not fair as the phone was sold to me as a waterproof phone - as per the TV ad it is supposed to take pictures and videos underwater. <br> AND YES - all the ports were closed - I AM NOT AN IDIOT!!!!
