Inhumane treatment-Centurion Mall-Billy Honiball
After less than 3 months my wifi router no longer had battery life. They ordered new one for me. Was phoned to pick up new one-went there with heart monitor, sick as dog. I could hardly stand on my feet-They expected me to go home to pick up old one. I asked them just to charge me for old one as as a single person i have no one to send in again to fetch new one/return old one. Was really not feeling well enough to do two trips. They refused and insisted i go home to fetch old one. I even showed them monitor which was visible, but no Vodacom has no humanity.
