Inhumane Service

My husband had 3 contracts with Vodacom when he died 10 March 2015. Upon contacting them to ask what I have to do with the contracts, seeing that I would like to keep at least one of the contracts. I was put through to the legal department and after informing me that I have to send them the death certificate and ID and the letter of the executor, I was also informed that the phones where now blocked and blacklisted. How on earth do the expect a person to do all that has to be done for a funeral without phones or internet. I wanted to give them the death certificate and ID, but had to wait for the Masters to officially appoint the executor before I could get a executors letter. That was not good enough and that they needed the executors letter. Well save to say when they did not receive the normal payment at month end they called again and I still do not have the executors letter, but now the ID and death certificate was enough for them. They hard locked all phones and now they can not even reach me. This is the most inhumane company on this planet. Now I do not even want to continue the contracts and just want to buy them off. Vodacom needs to learn some HUMANITY
