inform people never to buy from Vodacom
I recently purchased a Huawei tablet from Vodacom which was sold to me via their call center, which I received the device in good condition.

When I received the device I mistakenly put the smaller part of the sim card in the tablet resulting in it not working.

I booked it into Lakeside Vodacom on the 20.12.2014 which I received feedback that it could not be repaired but when I got there I was told that the egineers could fix it for 306.80

Then proof of purchase was requested for them to book it in to the engineers which I did but did not receive a response until today when I phoned in & was told it still could not be repaired.

The reason why I am writing this is because their service and attitude towards me is a zero and also why is a tablet made and sold in the market that cannot be repaired based on a sim card mistake, also why was I told it will be fixed, now I'm stuck with a dumb contract that I have to pay for.

I feel Vodacom should not make tablets that can not be fixed and sell it to customers.

I purschased it in Dec 2014, the tablet should be under warranty am I not right?

I been with Vodacom for years and never had a problem but this time I feel I been messed around
