I recently upgraded and has requested Vodacom to send me an invoice for the contract period with contract start date, contract end date (2018) and also the new upgrade contract start date and end date.
i also need a confirmation of the sim card in the phone IMEI on the date 5 June 2020 (Iphone 7: F17SNE7DHG7M) IMEI ***

this is for a police case number
how long must we await for this????
just phone the call centre just to be cut off
