Inexperienced, Rude consultant, lack of training

<p>Please do not request that rude, arrogant and inexperienced teleconsultants contact customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please vet the call received from one T.Naidoo on even date.</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly your consultants need to be trained in the manner of quality assurance and do not unleash rude and arrogant teenagers onto your clientele- we do not have time to entertain such nonsense.</p> <p> </p> <p>Invest in your people to provide a better service. The consultant who contacted me should be fired.</p> <p> </p>
